Exhibiting Dealer Information – White Plains

Booth Information

  • Our Standard Show Booths come in two sizes: 8×8 and 16×8
  • The area for a single booth is 8×8.
  • A single booth comes provided with (1) 8′ table & (1) 6′ table and a 6′ backup table.
  • All tables are 30’’ wide and come undraped.
  • Our room is designed so that all exhibitors have “end cap” corner exposure.
  • We have no interior booths that have limited exposure like you may have experienced at other trade shows.
  • We do offer a limited number of wall booths for dealers who need extra space to spread out more at the same price.
  • A double booth is the same measurements – just two 8×8 booths instead of one. (16×8 is the total double booth area)

Setup Costs For All White Plains Shows except the East Coast National

  • Booth price is $400 for the weekend
  • Double booths are $750 for the weekend
  • Single 8’ tables are available also for $250 for all three days.

East Coast National (4 Day Show)

  • Booth price is $500 for the weekend
  • Two booths are $950 for the weekend
  • Single 8’ tables are available also for $250 for all three days

  • The building address is: Westchester County Center 198 Central Ave, White Plains NY 11729
  • We do not sell showcases, locks, overnight bags or table covers.  Please bring your own.
  • Setup time is 9:00 am on the Friday of the show, and doors typically open at 1:00 pm for most White Plains Shows.
  • We do offer discounted autograph tickets for the dealers.
  • We do offer wholesale to all autograph dealers.  You do not need to be an exhibitor to take advantage of this program.
  • We offer day time and night time security within the building.  Our buildings are staffed 24/7 during the event.
  • There is a food concession stand within the County Center that runs during show hours.
  • We offer discount hotel blocks at our preferred hotels located on our website.
  • Food Sales and Games of Chance are prohibited at the shows.

  • The building address for Hofstra University is: 100 Hofstra University Blvd.  The show is next door to the Nassau Coliseum.
  • Setup time is optional on Friday and the setup time is 4:30pm to 6:30pm
  • We offer complimentary sandwiches and sodas on Friday while supplies last.
  • Setup time on Saturday is 6:30am to 9:30am
  • We do offer discounted autograph tickets for the dealers.
  • We do offer wholesale to all autograph dealers.  You do not need to be an exhibitor to take advantage of this program.
