Our Standard Show Booths come in two sizes: 10×10 and 20×10(Double Booth)
The area for a single booth is 10×10.
A single booth comes provided with 2 8’ Tables
All tables are 30’’ wide and come undraped.
Our room is designed so that all exhibitors have “end cap” corner exposure.
We have no interior booths that have limited exposure like you may have experienced at other trade shows.
We do offer a limited number of wall tables for dealers who need extra space to use shelves and racks.

Assistance(porters) getting your items from your car to your booth – “Dolly System”

The building address for Hofstra University is: 245 Hofstra Northern Blvd Hempstead NY. The show is next door to the Nassau Coliseum.
Setup time is optional on Friday and the setup time is 3:00pm to 6:00pm
We offer complimentary sandwiches and sodas on Friday while supplies last.
Setup time on Saturday is 7:00am to 9:30am
We do offer discounted autograph for the dealers. All items must be signed in our back room and will be returned to you. We do not offer discounted tickets.
We do offer wholesale to all autograph dealers. You do not need to be an exhibitor to take advantage of this program.
We offer day time and night time security within the building. Our buildings are staffed 24/7 during the event.
There is a food concession stand within Hofstra University that runs during show hours.
We offer discount hotel blocks at our preferred hotels located on our website.
Food Sales and Games of Chance are prohibited at the shows.
